5-15-19 On Japan's national TV

Hello everyone, and long time no see.

This is your usual e-HCIK staff.

On the other day, there was a news coverage about President Kitaoka of JICA (Japan International Cooperation Agency) and his visitation to Kagawa to meet Prefectural Governor Hamada. (Link is only available in Japanese)

In their meeting, the news coverage mentioned that "currently Kagawa Prefecture and JICA are involved in an activity in Thailand to pass on the telemedicine techniques developed in Seto Inland Sea area."

Yes, that activity is what we are involved in Chiang Mai, Thailand!

JICA's grassroots technical cooperation project is ongoing, and we are planning to visit again on mid-June.

We will be visiting many hospitals to implement portable fetal heart rate and uterus contraction monitor.

As they said in the interview, "We will continue to work together to advance forward an international cooperation projects, mainly in developing nations in Asia,  utilizing technologies developed in industry, government and academia. "

I certainly wish we can participate and be helpful for that cause.
