2/17/19~2/21/19 Opinion Exchange Meeting!

Hello all, this is your usual NPO e-HCIK staff.

Our project team visited Chiang Mai, Thailand once again from February 17th to 21st.

What we did this time was quite different than our previous visits.

This time, it did not involve implementing new devices.

Instead, medical personnel from hospitals with our project device got together to discuss about their situations and usage experiences.

We need feedback from the actual users to improve the project. It is ultimately them using the device, not us. So they know both good things and bad things about using Petit CTG device in Thailand.

We have to understand their opinions, instead of constantly pressing our thoughts.

I believe collaboration and cooperation is the key for international project's success, and of course swiftness and decisiveness.

So altogether, about 40 medical personnel from 13 provincial hospitals and Public Health Office got together to exchange each other's opinion and discuss solutions for any problems and issues, and possibly come up with better action plan to advance forward even stronger.

The meeting certainly was fruitful and effective. We gained a lot of insights on actual usage situations.

We were also happy to see many individual's effort and passion towards their work, as almost everybody who presented went over their time limit to present lol

We are very fortunate that we can work together with such a talented and bright staffs!
