10/2/18 ~ 10/12/18 JICA training course!

Hello, this is your usual NPO e-HCIK staff.

It has become a lot like a fall season here in Japan.

But recently I heard that there is another typhoon on Pacific Ocean...

I wonder where it is heading to...

So 2 weeks ago (wow time flies lol) I was helping out training sessions for JICA.

They invited young and prospective individuals from African continent to take part in a training course for Health Operation and Management.

Usually, I would have no problem helping out such trainings if they are held in English.

But this time...

It was held in FRENCH!!!!

So why was I invited to help out? I don't know, but it sure was a nice experience!

I at least learned one new work in French!

It's ”çava”, and it is pronounced in a same way as typical fish you eat in Japan.

It is very useful apparently, I heard it numerous times from basically all the participants.

It means "Ok" and you can use it in a question form as well.

Anyways, I surely hope all the participants had a good experience to bring back something to their home countries.
